Last minute reservations have to be made via phone: +43 664 383 1670.

Payments

You have to pay directly to the driver only in Euros.

The amount of the arrival has to be paid in advance (by credit card or bank account transfer).

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be received, in writing, at our E-Mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by telephone: +43 664 383 16 70 .

It is possible to cancel the reservation until 24 hours before the ride.

Cancellation till 1 week before the taxi-ride: no charge

within 1 week we charge 20 % of the whole amount of taxi-rid

within 24 hours: we do not refund the paid amount

Insurance and Delay

We are a fully licensed Austrian Taxi company

The transferred passengers and their luggage are fully insured.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by unforeseeable incidents (e.g. bad weather conditions and traffic).

Other Terms

Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not allowed in our vehicles.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse the transport of clients under the influence of alcohol because they could be a risk for our driver.

We reserve the right to decline the transport due to the safement if you have not required the baby seats for travelling.

If you would like to transport pets, you have to write this separately into the enquiry-form.

We reserve the right to move off in front of the hotel 15 minutes after the pre arranged pick-up-time should a member of your group not inform our driver of your delay.

Company reserves all the rights to change the booked car without prior notice of the passenger.

Any legal proceeding with the company will be held in Bezirksgericht Landeck (Austria).
